Terms and Conditions

1. Payment & Confirmation
Your place in the programme is only secured once full payment is received via the provided payment link (PayFast). You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of payment.

2. Session Attendance
Group sessions are live and not recorded unless stated otherwise. Attendance is your responsibility. If you miss a session, no makeup session will be provided unless a recording is explicitly made available. No refunds will be provided if you miss a session.

3. Private Coaching Rescheduling
For 1:1 coaching sessions, 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the limited availability and nature of coaching, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided once payment is made. If the programme is cancelled or rescheduled by the facilitator, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the facilitator and fellow participants. Any form of harassment, disruption, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund.
